SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD, including both one-time and subscription purchases. Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee. We strive to process and ship all orders promptly, ensuring that your items arrive as quickly as possible.

Our shipping team works Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and your order will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 4-5 business days, depending on your location.

We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. For faster shipping options, please check with our retail partners for expedited delivery services.

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit, excluding any original shipping fees. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit amount.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items of equal or lesser value. To exchange an item, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.

REFUNDS
